that provides meeting and event services. We help businesses plan and execute small and
large scale meetings for their customers, patrons and associates.
We specialize in organizing events in memorable high-end venues, both domestic and international and in tailoring the event to suit the intended business purpose.
Reynolds Meeting & Event Management has been satisfying customers for over 17 years.

Experience and Leadership
Marsha S. Reynolds, who founded the company in 1994, has more than 30 years experience
as a meeting professional engaged in every phase of meeting management.
Her experience and extensive network within the hospitality
industry ensures top quality meetings within budget.
Her experience includes organizing group events and conventions ranging from 10 to 5,000 attendees. She is at ease in both domestic and international venues.
She requires a strong work ethic from colleagues and associates. She also mentors young meeting planners on the importance of excellent negotiation skills, logistical organization, creativity, cost control, customer focus and communication. These skills have enabled her business to grow over the years.
